As customer service officer, you are the first point of contact for the customer. Where necessary, you link up with external sales, production, logistics and finance. You are communicative, fluent in French and enjoy turning challenges into opportunities.

Your tasks

As internal sales you are responsible for the commercial follow-up of your customer portfolio.

  • You process incoming orders and are responsible for the daily administration.
  • You are the point of contact for customers. This is how you put a face to our customer service.
  • You are in daily contact with the sales representatives.
  • You closely monitor your own customers and jump in for colleagues when necessary.
  • You work proactively and problem-solving.
  • You support internal sales and representatives with ongoing projects.
     

Your profile

You are a positivo with commercial flair and a talent for languages. Both in a team and with the necessary autonomy.

  • You have a higher (master's) degree and relevant work experience.
  • Your language skills are top notch. In addition to Dutch, you have a perfect command of French and can express yourself well in English. Other languages are a plus.
  • Commercial flair and persuasiveness are in your DNA, as is a customer-oriented vision.
  • You have a positive attitude that sees solutions rather than problems.
  • You work both independently and in a team.
  • You feel at home in an international context.
  • From MS Office to our ERP: you are IT-savvy and quickly find your way around new software.
