Your tasks
As internal sales you are responsible for the commercial follow-up of your customer portfolio.
- You process incoming orders and are responsible for the daily administration.
- You are the point of contact for customers. This is how you put a face to our customer service.
- You are in daily contact with the sales representatives.
- You closely monitor your own customers and jump in for colleagues when necessary.
- You work proactively and problem-solving.
- You support internal sales and representatives with ongoing projects.
Your profile
You are a positivo with commercial flair and a talent for languages. Both in a team and with the necessary autonomy.
- You have a higher (master's) degree and relevant work experience.
- Your language skills are top notch. In addition to Dutch, you have a perfect command of French and can express yourself well in English. Other languages are a plus.
- Commercial flair and persuasiveness are in your DNA, as is a customer-oriented vision.
- You have a positive attitude that sees solutions rather than problems.
- You work both independently and in a team.
- You feel at home in an international context.
- From MS Office to our ERP: you are IT-savvy and quickly find your way around new software.
